AI Act pub­lished in OJEU

The AI Act, the world‘s first leg­isla­tive act to reg­u­late arti­fi­cial intel­li­gence has been pub­lished in the Offi­cial Jour­nal of the EU on July 12, 2024. It will thus enter into force 20 days fol­low­ing the date of publication.
